Fall Prevention Day Event
Join the Naugatuck Valley Health District at the Griffin Hospital Cafe on Tuesday, September 24th for a free community event geared towards older adults and fall prevention! The event will run from 4:30PM – 6:00PM and will include fall risk assessments, giveaways and educational material!
