Vaccine Clinic Update

NVHD continues to host Moderna vaccine clinics for 18+ by appointment through VAMS every Thursday and Friday from 10am-3pm at the Seymour Community Center located at 20 Pine Street, Seymour, CT 06483. No computer, no problem! We now accept walk-ins as well!

With Pfizer being approved for 12+, NVHD and Griffin Hospital have partnered with Valley schools to host special clinics for our students and their family members that wish to be vaccinated. Please keep an eye out for an invitation from your superintendent, principal or school leadership. As we are in the planning phase, we ask you remain patient but know vaccine will be available for your family members 12 and older.
